What is your cancellation policy?
We understand people get sick, emergencies happen, and life happens. Every client is allowed three cancellations without a 24-hour notice, per year. After that, the client will be charged a $20 fee for a cancellation without 24 hours' notice.
Do you accept insurance?
Tiny Wonders Speech and Language Therapy, LLC accepts the following payment methods: private pay, HSA/FSA, FES UA Scholarship in FL, VPK SIS Scholarship in FL, and Aetna.
Where are services provided?
Services are provided at our clinic location in Lakeland, FL. Services may also be provided via our HIPPA compliant teletherapy platform.
What ages do you serve?
We serve children ages 15 months through 18 years.
